Business Auto: helps protect your business from financial costs incurred as a result of an auto accident that you or your employee are found to be at fault. Coverage for bodily injury or property damage to a 3rd party, physical damage to your property and other business related coverages; not available for auto-related businesses and motor carrier or trucking firms

Business Income: covers loss of income a business incurs when damage by a covered cause or loss causes a slowdown or suspension of its operations.

Crime: typically provides coverage from employee dishonesty, forgery or alterations, computer fraud, funds transfer fraud, kidnap, ransom, or extortion, money and securities, and money orders and counterfeit money

Cyber Liability: coverages to help protect your business from a cyber-attack or data breach; protections include expense reimbursement for notification, monitoring prevention and investigation of a breach
coverage for a Privacy Breach event (1st party coverage); coverage from media wrongful acts; network security wrongful acts and privacy wrongful acts (3rd party coverage)

Employment Practices Liability Insurance: protection for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other similar claims made by employees

Equipment Breakdown: both real and personal property coverage against claims related to electrical, mechanical, and pressure systems breakdown that are excluded from the primary policy.

General Liability: protection against liability claims for bodily injury and property damage.

Harvested Fruit Outside Buildings: a property coverage afforded to produce harvested and stored outside your building while awaiting processing.

Host Liquor: liability for bodily injury or property damage arising out of the serving or distribution of alcoholic beverages by a party not engaged in this activity as a business enterprise.

Inland Marine: provides property insurance for a business’ property in transit over land, movable property, structure of transportation (road, bridge, pier, etc.), communication structures (tv and radio towers), and legal liability exposures of bailees.

  • Accounts Receivable – money due to the insured when there is a loss of accounts receivable records
  • Bailees Customers Floater –the property of others while it is in your care.  Examples include dry cleaners and all types of repair shops
  • Contractor’s Equipment –tools and heavy equipment on your premises, during transport and at the job site
  • Electronic Data Processing –damage or loss to insured’s computer equipment, software and information
  • Installation Floater – building supplies during transport and installation, including theft from the job site.
  • Miscellaneous Floater –specified equipment or goods that are not generally included in other policies.
  • Valuable Papers –business owners’ valuable papers and records, such as blueprints, manuscripts, deeds, maps, historical documents or everyday business records.

Liability assumed by contracts: liability imposed on an entity by the terms of a contract; refers not to all contractually imposed liability, but to the assumption of the other contracting party’s liability under a specified condition.

Liquor Liability: liability imposed on businesses selling alcoholic beverages, as well as the statutory liability established in some states, which is excluded in general liability policy.

Manufacturers Errors and Omissions (E&O): covers damages from your customer’s products, negligent acts, and errors or omissions caused by a material defect.

Printers Errors and Omissions (E&O) and Correction of Work: coverage for liability arising out of negligent acts or omissions in providing services.

Product Recall Coverage: covers the cost of getting a defective product back to the business that would be responsible for possible injury or damage from the product. Product liability insurance does not cover this exposure..

Property: protections against damage to a business’ building and contents due to a covered loss.

Sales samples and stock: an inland marine coverage for the samples carried by salespersons.

Special Events/Fund Raising Events Endorsement: provides Additional Insured Status for special events such as carnivals, concerts, and political rallies.

Umbrella Coverage: a commercial umbrella policy provides additional liability coverage to help protect against severe or catastrophic claims against you. This coverage protects your assets when the cost of a general liability or commercial automobile claim exceeds the limits of those policies.

Vendors Coverage: additional insured coverage, usually under a manufacturer’s general liability policy, for specified vendors with respect to your distribution or sale of your products designated in the endorsement. This endorsement gives products liability coverage to your vendors distributing or selling your product and eliminates the need for your vendors to purchase separate coverage.

Workers’ Compensation: protection against claims related injuries or illness by employees. This coverage provides payment for medical care, lost time wages, financial benefits to the family of a deceased worker and more. Workers’ Compensation coverage can protect both you and your employees.
