This position is responsible for managing the overall claim litigation process.  Individual directs legal cost containment measures, forms coverage opinions, conducts legal research, analyzes trend data, forms coverage opinions, reviews contracts and supports regional litigation specialists. Qualifications:  Demonstrates high level of legal expertise.  Individual analyzes a wide variety of situations and present logical solutions. Minimum of three years insurance litigation experience (preferably dealing with complex tort matters), a J.D. degree, member of VA, PA, NC, SC, DE, or MD State Bar- active status required.
