Essential Functions of the Position
- • Responsible for the quality handling of claims in a timely, professional manner with emphasis on providing quality service while controlling company losses and expenses
- • Responsible for handling assigned claims within his/her authority and handle to conclusion within company guidelines and procedures with regular supervision
- • To advise management of claims that exceeds his/her authority
- • Meet service standards and statutory requirements of proper claim handling throughout the claim handling process
Position Qualifications and Requirements
- • 2 - 5 years of auto/liability claim adjusting experience
- • Knowledge of PA and OH claims is preferred
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
